Daniel uses his art to advocate for inclusion, self-expression, and empowerment – especially for young neurodivergent people, those with disabilities, and underrepresented communities. He believes it’s not about what you can’t do, but what you can do. Daniel collaborates with organisations such as the National Gallery of Australia, Daydream Machine, the United Nations Youth Envoy, Office of Youth and SiTara’s Story. He mentors youth and creates work that bridges understanding between neurodivergent and neurotypical people. Daniel is currently studying a Bachelor of Visual Arts at ANU, working across mediums including painting, drawing, ceramics, and printmaking. His work can be viewed at danbarart.com.au
