Art for Mental Health
I am an artist, mental health advocate, aspiring journalist and proud neurodivergent individual with lived experience of autism, ADHD, and mental ill health. I am the 2025 ACT Young Australian of the Year and based in Canberra and the Queanbeyan Region, Australia. Art has always been my passion. I like all kinds of medium and I am keen to use my art to help others. I invite you to explore my art through the images on this site.
Speaking
I speak from lived experience on navigating mental health, neurodivergence, art, creativity and identity using art as a way to connect with others. Whether you’re a gallery, festival or business, I tailor each session so it fits your audience and purpose.
Workshops, Commissions & Sponsorships
This is where my practice meets the wider world. From hands-on workshops and creative collaborations to commissioned pieces and community projects, I love finding new ways to share ideas and spark conversations. Each engagement is an opportunity to connect, create, and explore possibilities together.
If you or your organisation would like to share my journey as an emerging artist Sponsorship packages are available to suit the needs, budget and personality of individual sponsors.
