Being the 2025 ACT Young Australian of the Year — I speak from lived experience on navigating mental health, neurodivergence and identity using art as both a tool for expression and a way to connect with others.
My talks draw from my personal journey, creative process, and the communities I work with. Whether speaking in a gallery, workplace or festival I tailor each session to the needs of the audience.
My preferred format is question and answer, allowing audiences to guide the conversation and explore what matters most to them. I could also structure talks on topics including:
- Mental health and recovery
- Neurodivergence and identity
- Art as expression and advocacy
- Community-building through creativity
- Living and working as a disabled artist
Every session invites openness, curiosity, and connection — and reflects my belief that storytelling and creativity can drive social change.
